Foraging for Bee Balm and Balsam Root + Wild Food Dinner

VLOG Summer 2024 | Watch along as we go on a mountain foraging trip and harvest Bee Balm (wild oregano), Arrow Leaf Balsam Root, Dandelion Roots, and Salsify. We go over Bee Balm ID Factors and dig up the root of an Arrow Leaf Balsam Root for the first time. Then we go home and cook up all of our foraged ingredients with some elk meat over an open fire and share some of the lessons learned.
